Description

Shiitake Floss are one of the most popular edible mushrooms in the world, native to East Asia. They have a rich, earthy flavor and a distinctive taste best described as meaty. In addition to, Shiitake mushrooms contain eritadenine, a compound known to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood. They also contain beta-glucans that reduce inflammation and help prevent the intestines from absorbing cholesterol. Shiitake mushrooms are also rich in calcium and D3 which helps in bone development.
Shiitake Floss is the ready to eat as the topping with rice, sticky rice, spring roll, soup, noodle, porridge, sandwich, bread, spaghetti, sushi or gimbab.
Ingredients: Shiitake mushroom stalk (80%), vegetable oil, salt, sugar

Packaging: Jar or Vacuum/Retort bag

Expiration date:

– 12 months from manufacture date for jar

– 6 months for vacuum bag at normal room temperature

Preservation: After opening, keep at 8℃ – 10

The best time for use: Within 15 days after opening
